After retiring we decided to rent our apartment and move to the country.

For ten years, “My Place Property” have managed the rental of our apartment. We have found them to be extremely professional , friendly and diligent in attending to all matters. The financial management of the apartment is always promptly attended to. They also attend to all maintenance issues quickly and have a team of experienced tradesman on hand . During our relationship with My Place , we have had four Tenants , one of whom broke his lease. After legal proceedings John and his team successfully recovered all outstanding monies and promptly found us a new tenant . After realising that we would not be returning to Sydney we then decided to sell . Through friendly negotiation John successfully sold directly to our tenants . The tenants were enjoying all that the apartment and area offers and did not wish to move . The ease to both the vendor and purchaser was such a pleasure. We could not recommend My Place team more highly .
