John is a bully, unprofessional, is slow to respond, doesn't know the market, only acts in his own interest, hinders the process for both buyer and seller, discloses personal information, LIES, becomes highly defensive at any form of criticism, doesn't understand a negotiation and speaks to potential buyers in a terrible manner. When my Son, who was given full permission to manage the buying process on behalf of his elderly parents, tried to negotiate with John and was met with a disgusting response, John openly shared that my Son was only interested in his inheritance. My Son was trying to assist his parents, one of whom is disabled and neither of whom know anything about the Australian market having just arrived from the UK. We almost withdrew as buyers because of John. We hope to never come across him ever, ever again. However, because he was so bad, we bought at a great price!
