Went to John on recommendation of a friend. House was not quite ready to present but told John would be ready for the market in 2 to 3 weeks, but could he add it to his “coming soon” list. Within a week John rang and asked we were prepared to allow a “twilight” viewing, to which we agreed and on that night even before the house was listed he had secured a contract at the right price and terms. John was always polite, prepared to negotiate commission, and kept us informed at each step. All in all a good and uncomplicated process
