John and Ben (Ive) were a great team. Even though we were selling our house during the COVID-19 pandemic, and therefore initially could not have open homes, they adapted remarkably and managed to facilitate a large number of private inspections. They were both also very responsive during the whole process, and respectful of our needs, in addition to those of prospective buyers. Where John's experience really shone through, however, was during negotiations. He was able to provide excellent advice in regard to potential options for responding to prospective buyers, and as such negotiations went smoothly and quickly. I have bought a couple of properties before and my most recent buy has been the easiest one to date My inspection of the property was met with a genuine and warm welcome John has a calming energy about him which makes you feel comfortable and at ease and coming from a building background he was able to give me some great ideas on at I could do with the place He was able to answer all my questions and provided me with the requested documents within hours of the inspection John has many contacts and didn't hesitate in giving me the details of a gun finance broker which pushed through my finance with ease and with plenty of time to spare considering I didn't have a pre aproval The communication throughout the buying process exceeded my expectations and to cap off a great buy, at the handover I was given my keys and a gift basket which was quite the surprise What agent does that? I haven't even heard of an agent doing that Overall I am super happy with the service that John provided and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone
