Buying a home is a fairly daunting task at the best of times and it's easy to get overwhelmed at different points along the way. I have to say John made it all that much easier by being available at short notice for any number of questions/appointments. He is a challenging but very fair negotiator, and I'd expect he'd say the same of me! I never felt like he was twisting my arm or making the negotiations uncomfortable. This is first house i have ever bought so can't judge experience against others. However did attend a few open houses while looking and willl say i found this house well priced compared to some others i looked at. No real problems with purchase and any time i rang John he was able to respond quickly and process from original viewing to purchase went smoothly.
