He was helpful, above board, and while I understand an agent first responsibility is to the seller, I did feel as though John really cared about ensuring that I was happy as the buyer as well. Top market knowledge, always answers phone calls and is very active with potential buyers. Having both bought and sold with John I have no reason to use another agent as he goes above and beyond every time to achieve exactly what im looking for even if it seems a stretch.
