I would like to thank Mr. John Karlecik for his expertise and the wonderful service that he provided me when selling my investment property in Collingwood Park, Ipswich. He worked well beyond what one would expect, staying in touch constantly. He liaised with the tenants to get the house ready for sale. Mr. John Karlecik made great suggestions and recommendations. He was able to quickly handle any issues that may have risen and made the necessary changes and improvements. He arranged the building and pest inspections and once again organised the necessary repairs. My property sold during week one of the FOR SALE sign going up.
