It's hard for me to name another agent I've dealt with as a purchaser who demonstrated the same level of professionalism and diligence as John did. He replied to my request for online inspection quickly and walked me through the property on the same day it opened for physical inspection, allowing me and my wife to get a sense of the property's condition quickly despite not being able to attend in person. After we made our offer he qualified it with relevant questions and was able to understand our situation and the seriousness of our offer, which I believe contributed to the offer's acceptance by the owners.
