Firstly, the property was looked after by Marie at Ray White Unanderra when my father went into a home. They managed organising all the updating an old interior of the 70's to a fresh and compliant rental, which they managed. Fantastic communication, cost and result. Then when to property had to be sold John Kay was there to guide and support me during the time of great sadness. From his initial meeting with me to organise the sale he was professional, he kept me informed of how the process worked and regular updates of the status of the sale. This was time of great stress for myself and I placed my trust in John to handle all aspects of the sale and liaise with all the inquiries, buyers and my solicitor.
