We would highly recommend john Kerr to any future sellers as we have been blown away by johns support and guidance he has given us throughout our proceedings. He is an excellent communicator and with great negotiating skills he was able to achieve a lot more then we were expecting for our home. You won't be disappointed !!!!!

John was very professional in everything he did. I have no hesitation in recommending him to vendors.

John was a consummate professional, and managed to sell my house for the price I wanted in a couple of days. I highly recommend him,

John was extremely helpful and approachable during the purchase process and I felt that he was interested in ensuring my needs were met instead of pushing the sale. I would (and have) recommend him to anyone in the market to buy or sell.

I have found John Kerr to be pleasant and courteous at all times. John was always available whenever I needed any information and always replied to my queries promptly. John has an excellent knowledge of the market and helped me to negotiate what was a difficult decision for me to make. Before settling on the property I am purchasing John took me on a tour of parts of Newcastle and this was appreciated as I am unfamiliar with Newcastle. John shows empathy in his dealings with people and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing real estate advice in Newcastle.

John was great to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. He is easy to deal with and there is no BS about him, which is nice to find. Hope he is still in real estate when its time to sell.

John was great to deal with. Even though I live inter-state he made sure he kept in touch and informed about what was happening with the sale of my property. I found his feedback and advice to be accurate and timely which helped sell my property for what I believe was a reasonable price. I would recommend John to anyone who has a property to sell.

John was extremely helpful when we bought our new home. This was our first house and we weren't sure of the exact processes involved. John helped us through it step by step, and we were very appreciative, as we had dealings with previous agents who were just horrible. I can't say enough how helpful John was and I'd absolutely use him and his agency if we ever decide to sell.

John was very open and easy to deal with during the purchasing process. John is a very genuine salesperson who was not pushy.

John Kerr was a pleasure to deal with during the sale of our property. He has excellent market knowledge, particularly in the Mayfield area, and his communication during the process was outstanding. We are very happy to recommend John to others and hope to be able to business with him again in the future.

Well done John - much appreciated!
