John did a very good job of trying to balance the requirements of his client, the seller, and ourselves as buyer. The seller was a very difficult personal and in our view an uncompromising, unwilling and obstinate seller leading to us experiencing distress on a number of occasions. Throughout John did his best to keep us informed, answer our questions and try and negotiate with the seller. After four months we are now the happy owners of our new home and aren't looking back.
