Couldn't get a better informed and energetic agent, John new the market, new how to market the property and managed to sell our house for what we wanted in less than a week. His honest approach and good market knowledge was spot on i would have never believed you could achieve the wanted price so quickly. To say we were happy with the selling experience using John and Renee from Class would be an understatement. After speaking with a couple of agents and having some form of expectation, John and Renee came through the door and raised this and we immediately new we had the right people to sell our home. While we felt others were looking for a quick sale and going through the motions, John and Renee started to dress our home, making small changes if needed and other recommendations and amazingly turning up a few days later with rugs, tables, chairs and even some pool settings to help us out. I have never seen this before and I was initially thinking how much more is this going to cost me - nothing, they want to help and they genuinely want to help you achieve a good price. We all dream of 50 buyers turning up on the first open with multiple offers but that didn't happen for us and we knew our house had a certain character and we wanted to achieve a good price - it took 7 and they were with us all the way with suggestions and advice. The final result - we got the price we were looking from the start - $75k more than the other agent said he felt we should be aiming for -over 10%. and much much more than their fee! John and Renee took a potentially stressful time and made it as smooth as they could, managing us as well as the viewings and buyers extremely well. I cant recommend them enough and will always recommend them above anyone else.
