I was going to walk away from an offer that John had because there was some uncertainty in my mind - bit of bloody mindedness too. John was a very persistent person in getting the best deal he could for me, am very impressed with his professionalism. In my experience there are not many realtors who honestly do put the vendor first - I believe John did this through the total transaction. The property actually sold for more than I thought I would get
