Choosing John after assessing, pretty much, every agent in the district, we knew from the outset that he would not let us down with the sale of our property. While other agents wanted us to re-paint, re-turf, re-do kitchens and bathrooms etc. (using their trades), ...John's sense of practicality and precision was a breath of fresh air. He guided us on how to roll up sleeves and tidy up the rough edges on our property without too much fuss and expense...and it came up a treat. He knew exactly what he was doing every step of the way and confidently negotiated a sale price that was way beyond our expectation. Moreover, he was always there with great advice for our next purchase offering market insights and tips on getting the best deal on our new home. It's a pity we are not into property investments per-se, as we would have loved to have an ongoing working relationship with John and his team :) I'm sure when its time for us to make the next move (in 6-7 yrs or so), John is going to be our first choice!
