I recently became involved with John through a family development involving two subdivisions creating two new vacant blocks with two homes being retained. The blocks were immediately put up for sale and sold at good prices. One of the homes was then put up for sale and sold above expectations and in a short time frame. John guided us through the subdivision, liaised with Council and kept us informed all the way through. The above property belonged to my Aunty and I was the executor for her estate. Upon her death, I had no hesitation in asking John to be involved although my Aunty's four children had had prior discussion with another agent. Luckily, I had no trouble convincing them to go with my recommendation to use John. John has many advantages- experience, contacts, local knowledge, communication skills and kept me informed all the way through. Even though I was the executor, John took it upon himself to phone the four children when necessary and also ensured the weekly update was sent to the four of them. This may simply be good customer service but it is also highly appreciated. Should the need arise, I most certainly will use John Laycock again.
