John was friendly and positive throughout the sale process and worked tirelessly to get the best outcome for us. If any concerns can be identified, I would say the initial endeavour to sell the house through auction was a disappointment. I can only speculate why the exercise was a failure. What comes to mind are the facts that the event was held mid week and the majority of the attendees were either spectators or potential buyers in the wrong price range. Nevertheless we were happy to note that John was eventually able to achieve a satisfactory outcome for us.
