Hello, I have bought and sold few properties in the past, this was the worst experience by far, It was all good until the property was sold, This property came with a tenant and John promised me that they will make sure when tenants moves out after a month it would be Century 21 and his responsibility that it would be neat and clean, We received house in worst condition possible after 4 weeks and no one from John or Century 21st wanted to take responsibility, They both were telling me to contact each other but no one was fixing the problem, I end up spending over $1000 for cleaning and fixing the property myself. I understand you are busy but you need to talk to people with respect and be available if someone having any issues, not just wipe your hands and walk away as properly is already sold now, your name could go long way, It is your responsibility as your promised me. Prior to putting our houses on the market we interviewed 3 prospective agents . We chose John because he impressed us with his honesty and knowledge of the housing market. He also recommended an excellent handyman who helped us fix up the little things to get our houses ready for sale. His photographer was terrific , the photos online and board outside the properties were outstanding. Our choice of Century 21 and John himself was rewarded by him selling both our houses at the first open house viewing. Both our buyers had to sell their properties to buy ours and he sold their homes following only one open day as well. We couldn’t recommend John Leske more highly if you are looking for a trustworthy agent to sell your home.

John's experience and knowledge of the North East really stood out. He was professional to deal with, helpful in answering all of our questions promptly and always available to communicate with during the offer and settlement phase.

Agent conducted very good negotiations with the vendor and outcome satisfactory. I was not fully informed fully of the obligations of the Community title in regard to expenses to be incurred in the future which was a little disappointing.

Open inspection attendance numbers and therefore offers were much lower than we were led to believe would occur.
