I first purchased my home from John. When it was time to move, John was my choice for renting out the house and managing the rental. Finally when it was time to sell, John was again my choice. Why: integrity/trust/fairness/respect, expertise, simplicity/peace of mind. John got me a fair deal on the purchase, rental and sale. He made the whole process easy.
John was very helpful listened to us and answered all questions we would highly recommend John and us real estate
We have purchased and sold through John. On our recent sale we got more $$ and settled in less time than we expected. No hassle, fuss or sales BS. We could not recommend US Real Estate and John enough.
John was spot on. Nicest bloke you will ever meet. Tell you how it is and was very quick in selling my house. I will definitely use him every time and recommend him to my friends
First got to know John Lewis When We brought this property in Frankston about 4 years ago. The Service we got when purchasing that property was fantastic nothing was any trouble. Due to the great service we got when purchasing a property over the last few years we approached John to sell some properties for us and once again the service we got was fantastic service he kept us up to date with all open for inspections, communicated with us well will all offers and up to date the what happening in the market. We also use Us Real Estate to manage some of our rental properties once again Great service as well, We Would Highly Recommend John Lewis & his Staff at Us Real Estate if you are looking at purchasing a property, selling a property, someone to manage your rental property or just to get a Valuation. Kind Regards Gerry Harrison

Thank you John for making a very hard task so simple. You were professional yet friendly. You showed compassion and were efficient and honest. We felt listened to, as well as guided by someone who knew the area thoroughly. It was a pleasure working with you.
John is a breath of fresh air in this industry of scallywags, he is honest and what he says he delivers. A pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him highly
John is a highly professional real estate agent who has many years experience selling in this area. He is extremely knowledgable about market prices and trends, and worked very hard to sell our property. A friendly, honest man, who made the selling of our property stress free. Highly recommended.
From the start, John and his team managed our sale with confidence, He kept us informed throughout, and went out his way to secure a deal even while flying out of the country. We would fully recommend US Real Estate to anyone looking for a hassle free selling experience.
