John spoke to you in a language all could understand. There was no stupid questions and was always very nice and patient. Always kept you in the loop of progress of the sale and always made you feel very comfortable. No feeling of being pushed into anything. Sale was fast and effective and not too stressful. I would highly recommend John Lewis and US Real Estate.

We met John at another listing he recently had and were unsuccessful in buying that home. We drove past this home not thinking much of it, and popped in as the home happened to be open for inspection. John advused us of the renovations recently completes at the home ans then proceeded to point out all of the areas attractions close by. We knew nothing of the area and followed Johns recommendations and became to like the home. John was kind enough to open the home again in his own time on a Sunday afternoon which was when we place our offer and it was approved soon after. Building inspections discovered a few issues with the renovation works and John was more than happy to broker conversations between ourselves and the vendor, making what could have been a lost sale or at least a difficult one for us quite an easy process. At no stage has John made us feel like our requests were unwarranted or problematic and has managed to oversee the repairs we asked for in dealing with the vendor regularly. We are very happy with the purchase of our new home and can easily recommend John and his team for anyone looking at selling or purchasing through him.
