John provided good advice on the preparation and presentation of our home prior to the board going up. From the first inspection we had multiple people through the door, wright up to the signing of a contract. He kept us up to date with the feedback from potential purchasers, and contacted us several times a week with where we were heading. Nothing was to much trouble, great to deal with down to earth people. House was sold in 3 weeks and happy with the result. No problem recommending John and his team.
