Timing was critical in our campaign. Initially happy to list the property at a time of my choosing, John quickly saw that the auction date needed to be brought forward a week to avoid a rapidly crowding market. This decision was done in stages taking note of individual buyers' needs and schedules. His easy rapport with both new and established buyers was very important in his auction style and the outstanding final result. John is very patient, a great communicator and extremely personable.
