Worst dealings I have experienced in 40 years of purchasing property!

Finding the right property is time consuming and stressful so beware if you have to deal with John Loadsman . I had submitted my offer on the property which had been accepted and had completed building and pest inspections. On the day solicitors were set to exchange contracts I was told that a better offer had now been accepted? I don't know how you can purchase a property in good faith from these people if sneaky things are happening in the background and your honest dealings are used against you. The only reason I can leave a review is because I decided to match the offer they had supposedly received, and I only did this because I was ready to exchange and had already spent money on solicitors, inspections etc. You are unable to leave reviews unless you actually purchase a property, I am sure that there are many more buyers who have been treated unfairly by dealing with him. BUYER BEWARE. I will never purchase another property listed by him.
