John was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. As a tradesman I know how people can have a preconceived opinion about certain professions and I am not immune to this. However John's integrity and personable demeanour was on show from the word go, I very quickly felt at ease with him and remained that way through the whole process. He was always available to answer any questions I had and responded to a text I sent at 9 p.m. on a friday night regardless of the fact that the T20 cricket was on. I would be more than happy to deal with John again.

As a couple under pressure to sell and sell quickly (for an impending interstate move) we were frantically looking between agents to try and find the truth among the quotes and find someone with the ability to work the market quickly to our favour. John ticked both of those boxes. Realistic about our expected price range, but yet working with us to maximise our return and gain the best possible outcome, John calmly and competently sold our home in seven days.
