John’s knowledge of the market is really strong. He does not raise false expectations but at the same time works very hard to get the best price possible. He is extremely trustworthy. His and Chelsea’s communication throughout the campaign was excellent. I never doubted that our property would sell. I also felt that our property was as important to him as one that might have been considered more prestigious. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
