John did everything he said he would and stuck to his word, he ran all of the open inspections and didn't just send a junior agent to open up, he conducted the auction, took buyers through when he was on holidays and handled the sale in a way which made us and the buyers feel extremely comfortable. I never thought I would say this about any real estate agent but, I would not hesitate to recommend John to anyone contemplating the sale of their property. Would I sell with John again? Absolutely!
