John was recommended to us and we are glad the sale of our unit was left in his hands. He was totally committed through communication and action through the whole sales process right from inception all the way through to sale. He was completely accomodating to time zone differences and showed patience through various challenges. Clearly on the ground, is a strong agent and achieved a better than expected result, which was a bonus for us, but the process being smooth through his various recommendations and market knowledge and ability to pivot made the experience exciting and fruitful.
