My wife and I were looking for a property in the Melton area, and we were ready to sign up a contract / go for a quick settlement – with the right value that ticks all the boxes with our requirements. Being living bit away from Melton, we made a trip there and rang few Estate Agents including Barry Plant. John McCann was one of the first to respond quickly, and he sent Michelle Bright within less than 10 minutes to meet with us. Michelle was so great to deal with, and she figured out exactly what we are after and accompanied us to show many other properties sold by them – we ended up signing up for a property in Brookfield on the following day. Michelle was very professional in her dealings and ensured that the Client Focus is maintained at all the time. Our experience with Barry Plant has been great so far and now waiting for the settlement of the property in the coming weeks.
