Having come to John and Chris to sell this property through personal connections, we were not disappointed with our decision. They offered us some excellent pre-listing advice to enable the property to be presented for sale in the manner that achieved the best price, but incurred the least refurb costs. Although we initially thought the marketing costs may have been a little high, we were impressed with the professional manner in which the listing was prepared, and graphic work to show how the unit looked with furniture was first rate. The final sale price achieved was in line with the guidance given, which was informed by the fact that John had sold a neighbouring unit fairly recently, and he was able to guide our expectations in the light of other recent listings & sales of comparable units.
John was so patient with us. He knew we had a dead line to sell. He was kind ,empathyic showed great concern for us . I cannot recommend this young man enough it is hard these days to find a realastate person who cares. I give John and his team 10/10 .
