A special thank you to John for both the skill and commitment exercised by John any agent can make a sale in a good market but the market is now extremly tough The in this environment you want the best working for you The sale took longer and we got less than we were looking for but by process of elimination we knew that the marketing was excellent as was attention to detail and we felt we had the best operator in our area so it was only a matter of time for the right buyer to come and John would close it out .The break came on a Wednesday inspection a second on Thursday exchanged Monday should have been friday but unusually solicitors were slow ha .John has excellent support staff and in particular Nicki is a stand out with nothing left to chance and she is an excellent communicator I have been in real estate for over 40 years and and my judgement is that if i was to sell again there is no question John would get my business
