Any person can open a door, move to auction and sell under the hammer, it doesn't mean they are a good agent! We signed for an Auction campaign however, we were not successful on the day. Immediately after John said 'don't worry I will get this done.' Of course we were disappointed and thought that the poor result at the auction would lead to wasted effort and the house coming off the market.
