John first contacted me about 12 months ago as he had seen my property for sale. At that time I had decided not to sell, only through the previous agents extremely poor conduct. I said to John call about December . True to his word, he called me and with his knowledge advised that the best times to sell. Following his advise I waited and he called me again, John completed his appraisal and it was exactly where I wanted to be. With John,s knowledge he explained how it would be advertised (and costs) what he would do and his expectations. I think it was the second open day he came back with an offer but advised against it and stated he had other interest. Through John,s skills he obtained the exact $ we had previously discussed. John has restored my faith in Real Estate Agents and would highly recommend him as someone who knows what he is talking about.

John was a very fair agent working in both best interests of the buyer and seller. His no bull attitude went along way when it came to dealing with non serious clients looking to low ball offer our property. After a tactic change mid way through our marketing campaign, the offers came through steady and fast both from his extensive client base and from inquiry through our adverting package. The company John uses to do the photography and 360 degree walk through do an outstanding job. All in all, if you want and honest, easy to deal with agent, John will do what he can to get the job done, day or night.

Very Happy with result for selling 8 Glen Avon Drive , John gave us advice on presentation for inspections and he managed to get an offer almost immediately and a Contract was signed within a week of being offered for sale , and for more than we expected . John was extremely accommodating during the sales process. Before deciding to buy our new home John went out of his way to enable us to view the property, even meeting us twice in one day at the property with the second time being at very short notice. Once a purchase price had been agreed upon and the contract signed John stayed in touch with regular but appropriately timed phone calls to inform us of, and check on progress. We were required to obtain two extensions to our contract due to set-backs on our part, however John was always gracious and put our minds at ease during these times. Furthermore, John relayed the issues we were experiencing really well to the seller which I can only assume alleviated any stress experienced by them as well. John's accommodating nature also extended to handover, where he made himself available at a time which suited our busy schedule. During this whole process John demonstrated a high level of communication along with genuine concern and empathy for both us the buyers and the seller alike, which are qualities I had not previously associated with Real Estate Agents.
