John has the knowledge and is aware of market trends. His help and guidance has been greatly appreciated. We would recommend John to our friends who anticipate selling their property.

When purchasing my property, John Mendo was extremely helpful with providing measurements on request, any inspection times required and was always prompt with responses in assisting with my decision making process and the negotiations for the purchase. The house was always in immaculate condition and the owner was very 'home' proud which made it a lovely experience all around. I'd like to thank John for all his experience and assistance, the owners and the team at Harcourts very much for a quick and easy purchase.

Got done quick, good Comms and on point sale

Made the whole experience a pleasure would recommend him to anyone buying a house and believe that the seller of the house i bought would be pretty happy as well.
