I found John to be easy to talk to approachable when I needed him and very professional. I was a first time and very nervous vendor and had requested Johns services to sell my house. Despite my impatience and at times lack of positivity, John acted with complete professionalism throughout our dealings. John is a enthusiastic, experienced and a empathetic agent with communication skills that are second to none. Despite having probably one of the hardest houses to sell (my opinion!) johns determination and negotiation skills got me a price that I couldn't be happier with. The only thing I didn't like was his signed Collingwood jumper in the office (go the blues!). Worth every penny, will use again if the opportunity comes. Highly recommended. Tim
