Didn’t match my expectations at all, I was hoping for more professional support as he has big name and experience of so many years which I didn’t, I am really very disappointed. Stereotypically (and unfairly I will say), real estate agents sometimes get lumped into the same pool as used car salespeople and lawyer. I will admit I went into the meeting with my bullshit radar on a hair trigger. BUT! Holey moley....it was the absolute opposite of what I expected. John was very informative, direct, tempered our expectations with a realistic appraisal and the best thing he did for a first time vendor was to educate us and advised on the best questions to ask in our appointments with other REAs. Don't think I'll be selling a house again anytime soon but John is the first person I'll go to if I'm ever in that situation again. To my fellow future vendors, seriously, give John a call if you're thinking of selling your property. You want the best? He's the man.
