John and Louis were spot on with the price expectation and how the auction would play out. Great choice of auctioneer. Their sales strategy and strategy for the auction was excellent. We actually got above our top price (wish list) and well above the reserve. Their sales campaign was thorough and attracted over 35 groups. They managed the potential buyers really well, with over 7 groups making bids on the night. They were dedictaed to getting the best result for us and we really appreciate everything they did.

John is a unique agent - one that cares and takes the time to listen to you all whilst having a ton of experience. For our 1st inspection, John was able to accommodate us with a last minute mid-week visit in such a short notice, we knew then how much he cared about his clients (the sellers) but still having a genuine interest in helping us (the buyers). He follows up when he says he will and always provided us with timely updates. Having recently moved to Australia, needless to say, we had lots of questions to which John took the time to thoroughly explain and provide his extremely valuable opinion. I highly recommend John and his team as they made us feel humans and not just a "transaction". Thank you John
