We had John sell our house in Black Forest and could not fault the overall experience. The property was planned to be sold at auction, but through various pressures affecting purchasers (securing finance, rising interest rates etc), less than expected registered bidders turned up on auction day. When the property was ultimately passed in John got to work negotiating hard on those interested parties still hanging around. After an hour or so of tense negotiations, we ended up selling the house on auction day for a great result! When it comes to selling your major asset, there are a lot of fast-talking, expensively dressed agents out there begging for work, but if you don't have a quality, experienced negotiator who can produce under pressure, you've let yourself down. John ticks all of the right boxes... and isn't badly dressed either. Most importantly, he's a great bloke.
