As I mentioned to Brandon I find the company too impersonal. I don't appreciate stock standard letters that don't acknowledge my personal situation especially when I have done considerable business with you & am an ongoing client. Correspondence is not signed with a person's name just with the company name. In fact I found out only by chance the name of the person who is managing my property. I get no correspondence from her.
