good in sales poor in rental

The sale was o/k with John however the property that was under your management as a rental was not managed well In 5 years all the carpets were totally ruined .The floating floor also was in need of major repair Doors were jammed power points out of the wall none of these things were never reported to me as I always tended any repairs that was reported to your office If I had not sold for $15000 under the value of this property I would have had a major repair account. I feel that the staff handling the rental need much more training as I now would never rent another house by you or any other agent
