I recently purchased a property in The Rock just ut of Wagga through Jhn Mooney. Purchasing an house is usually a stressful experience, especially if you live 100 km.away, but I must say dealing with Luke made it easier than buying local. We travelled to Wagga and arranged the inspection , , decided it was suitable and signed the contract all in a couple of hours. Being frm interstate we had no lawyer to assist in the transfer, but Luke made a call, and evrthing was put in place with no trouble, and settlement came and went with us still 1000 km away.
