Initial contact was with Bianca in July 2015, when my son who recommended Ray White organised a Market Appraisal for the property. My son was extremely happy with his dealings with Ray White as they managed the rental and subsequent sale of his property previously. Bianca maintained contact with us providing us with market sales comparisons and property reports in the area. There was no pressure placed upon us to sell and when the time was right we felt very comfortable and confident dealing with Bianca. John was introduced to us when we signed up to sell the property and both Bianca and John worked in partnership during the open inspections and John was auctioneer on the day of the auction. The sales campaign was conducted over a 3 week period approximately with in excess of 70 clients attending the open inspections. There were 15 registered bidders prior to Auction and I believe on the auction day it was 17 or 18 registered bidders. On the auction day in addition to Bianca & John there were 2 additional Ray White staff in attendance and they were kept extremely busy. John was the auctioneer on the day and did a superb auction, engaging everyone who was there and achieved an excellent. result.
