We originally listed our home through another - as reputable - estate agent in September of 2015. Unfortunately, we were not drawing potential buyers as we rarely heard about open house attendances and such and, as the five month period drew to a close, we were beginning to have doubts as to whether the house was seen by others as we ourselves saw it. During February of 2016 I received a letter in the mail from Mr. John Mouawad from Laing & Simmons inviting us to consider a meeting with him should we believe that a change of agent was a move we were looking to make. The entire meeting with John was an educational experience to say the least; we discovered options and strategies not identified by our first agent and also not noted by the other agent we met with. John was more than forthcoming with information and factual-based advice and his industry knowledge and personable approach convinced us that he was the man for the job. Communication had proved quite an issue with our original agent whereas with John we were always kept abreast of everything concerning the property's sale; his honest feedback from inspections enabled us to take a few steps on our part so as to give John more leverage with potential clients. Both my wife and I are more than happy with John's tireless efforts to secure for us a result within our range of acceptance; he was the key to our sale!
