The two of them work well together and share a vast knowledge and database. They kept me well informed along the way and prepared me and my family for the auction.
We changed from a different agent and the difference Whale Coast made with their advertising was a stark contrast to the previous... it inlcuded professional photos and aerial pics. Even with these extras the sales commission rate was less. We received updates regularly and were happy with the sales result. We hightly recommend John and Kim when looking at selling.
