I read all the great reviews about this agent and can only assume I didn't have the same experience because perhaps the property I was buying was much cheaper than the others he normally deals with. The agent did not seem motivated or interested in showing or selling the property I was interested in, I felt like every time I asked to see it, it was a big effort for him and he didn't want to be there. He ended up passing me on to another associate who was nice, but for some reason she couldn't show properties. Perhaps John Murray was having off days when he was dealing with me, but I did not have a good experience with him. I was reluctant to do a negative review, but in the end decided to be honest. I don't think I would want to use this agent again.
