Selling the family home you grew up in, many wonderful memories and moments in your life, a family home for 68 years. You are not just selling a building, you are parting with a place tied to memories, milestones, and a sense of identity. I needed to sell "The Sweet Spot" so my mum could move into an Aged Care Home. John and Gigi made the heartfelt process so easy, they showed incredible compassion, thoughtfulness and understanding. Nothing asked of John was too much trouble, always addressed with a cheerful positive reassurance, going above and beyond while I navigated my highs and lows.
