John is realistic, he sets the price at what will sell in a reasonable time. The advertisement costs were small and didn't have to pay these until the sale went through. My house sold within two months in a terrible market, thank you John ☺
Having bought and sold property with John and his team, I could not recommend them highly enough. John is extremely knowledgeable about the Rockhampton property and market and was able to advise us on the market trends well in advance of the other agents we had spoken to. If you are buying or selling, go and see John - that's all there is to it.
As per above, his knowledge of his market place was very good, he didn't beat around the bush or try to embellish anything but the truth about my property, but gave me confidence he would do his best for me, which he did. I will certainly use him again.
