We initially met John at a couple of open house inspections in our neighbourhood and were impressed by his professionalism and approach. As prospective buyers, John gave us the information we needed and followed us up without being pushy. When we indicated to John we were actually looking to sell our home, he wasted no time in arranging a meeting to discuss if and how we would like to proceed. We immediately felt comfortable with John and were confident that he was the right person to sell our home. Throughout the entire campaign, John regularly communicated with us and was also very honest on auction day giving us an overview of where potential buyers’ interest was. This really helped to manage our expectations and we were very pleased with the outcome, selling at auction.
