I had a smooth experience with John Paranchi and his Team at McGrath Hunters Hill selling my house. They were easy to deal with and kept me in the loop from the moment the marketing campaign began to auction day. And that’s exactly what I needed to get me through what can be a stressful journey. I’m extremely happy with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend John to anyone thinking of selling.

John was helpful and honest with his communications - on the auction day he was respectful and worked hard to get an outcome everyone was happy with.

Our property was unusual in that it was in a desirable location but the house and garden would need to be knocked down and built again from scratch. John and his team understood the unusual characteristics of this property well and took a strategic approach to identifying particular groups who may be interested in purchasing and focussing on them. His price guide was appropriate and reflected the overall interest and limits of those at the auction. Luckily for us, two parties were very intersted and had higher limits than the others so we got a very good result at auction. We were very happy with the outcome and service.
