Our first meeting with John was great. Really positive and he set out his plan for the auction. John provided honest feedback to me as to what needed to be done to the house (Some work in the garden, cleaners, staging etc). Fortunately for me I followed his plan, and we were able to sell prior to the auction and over the reserve. Our family was so impressed with John overall that my sister recently used John to sell her home.
