John was great to deal with in selling our house. After every inspection John would call and give us an update on the inspection and number of enquiries. He followed up with the people who had inspected the property on a regular basis and arranged private inspections if requested. Throughout the campaign, John never tried to pressure us into selling for less than we wanted. John asked what was our reserve price on auction day and although it was at the 'upper end' he didn't' question us or pressure us to reduce it. I would also highly recommend the auctioneer we used Adriano Persichetti who worked his hardest to get us a fantastic result.

John was always engaged & did a wonderful job

He always giving me update on all the selling progress and open inspections results. I was hoping for a higher result however in the end we did get a good result.

Deciding to sell my property and the circumstances surrounding the sale were difficult. I conducted research on sale prices and auction results linked to particular agents in the area.
