John is obviously an experienced Agent in the Mandurah area and provided all the information we were seeking - not only regarding the apartment we were primarily interested in, but others as well. He always followed up with promised documents/information we needed and in general, was very easy to deal with. Happy to recommend John to anyone selling or buying in the Mandurah area. I had my apartment in Mandurah Ocean Marina on the market for over seven months with another agent and received not one offer and in fact that agent "gave up" an didn't even bother actively marketing the property. I did some research and ascertained that Century 21 in Mandurah - and in particular John Phillips - had the best track record for apartment sales in the area, so I invited John to come and have a look and give me some advice. I found John extremely keen and enthusiastic, switched on and in tune with the market. He told me fundamental things that I already knew but which the previous agent had constantly ignored. I immediately appointed John and he swung into action. His marketing was far superior, he held home opens regularly and even when the COVID 19 shutdown occurred he still had buyers through on an appointment basis. The market remains depressed in Mandurah Ocean Marina however John persisted and, although I did have to reduce the price, he eventually secured a cash buyer and we settled this week. I am very happy with John's performance as well as his associate Paul Rowe and would have no hesitation in recommending Century 21 Mandurah to anyone wishing to sell their property.

John is creative in his marketing of properties and added products like personalised videos of the home even using drone footage to demonstrate how close we were to things like shops, schools, and most importantly the beach. These touched made our home stand out from the rest on the online platforms. Throughout the process, John was always communicating with us about buyers, prospects, and even additional market information. As we looked for our next home to buy, we met many brokers out there.
